The Souber Composite Door Resetting Kit enables quick and easy composite door hinge resetting/adjustment by a single person in about 5 minutes. When the hinges wear or move on composite doors, they start to bind on the frame and/or floor.
Not only does this cause physical resistance for users but also can damage the surfaces of the frame/door and if this is not corrected quickly it could lead to multipoint lock failure.
This product is specifically designed to allow a lone engineer to support the weight of the door with the three unique tools (2 spreaders, 1 lifter) and loosen all the hinges off. The door can then be fully adjusted using these tools across all axis to ensure precise positioning relative to the frame. The hinges can then be re-tightened to fix the door in position.
Designed for use on composite doors with the popular Trojan Athena 2D and 3D type hinges.
